# Request Guest Mode?

 * How do we request the [Guest Mode](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/customer-chat-plugin/#guest_mode)
   that enables visitors to chat without having to be logged into Facebook Messenger?
   More of a general Chat Plugin question rather than specific to the WordPress 
   plugin but seems like it might come up here at some point anyway.

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the question. Guest Mode feature for the Chat Plugin is currently 
   being rolled out in stages. Some pages may already have access to this feature.
   You can check that by going to your Facebook Page Settings –> Messaging –> Add
   Messenger to your website –> Get started. If your page has access to it, you 
   will see the “Guest Mode Status” toggle.
