    -There are possibilities to filter the tickets with just one click on their respective states or priodities?

    -Show on Dashboard total of unsolved tickets.

    Thank you for this feature recommendation/request. I have forward this to development team if approved are further explored for development.
    You can manage dashboard view in Support Plus > Dashboard.

    On filter for status, priority, etc., we have enabled to display top 5 options without need you to type or search in latest version 9.0.7.
    If you mean something else here, please explain.

    Show on Dashboard total of unsolved tickets.

    We have accepted and taken this in our development queue. You will see this in couple of updates. Will update here once it is available.

    Hi,
    For me an simple code that shows the unresolved/open tickets would be great.
    Then I can put it in my theme and dont have to open the support page for checking it out.
    Saves me a lot of time.

    By the way, the support system is great. Keep up the good work!
