• Dear ProfileGrid Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using ProfileGrid for user management on my site, and I have a specific requirement regarding group managers and their visibility over group members.

Here’s the scenario I am trying to achieve:

    • Admin: A or Group A
      • Users: A1, A2
      • Admin A should be able to see only A1 and A2 on the front end.
      • A1 should be able to see only their own profile.
      • A2 should be able to see only their own profile.
    • Admin: B or Group B
      • Users: B1, B2
      • Admin B should be able to see only B1 and B2 on the front end.
      • B1 should be able to see only their own profile.
      • B2 should be able to see only their own profile.

I would like to know if there’s a way to set this up in ProfileGrid or if there are specific settings or configurations I should be aware of. If this feature is not currently available, I would appreciate any guidance on how I might achieve similar functionality.

    Thank you for your assistance!
    Best regards,

ProfileGrid already has private profile feature allowing authorization control over user profiles accessibility

As for controlling the group manager access, we have an upcoming feature for it. Once new version of Advanced Group Manager extension is live, workflow will allow authorized access to group managers to members profiles of required group(s).

Also, since this feature is related to paid/premium version, we highly recommend you reach out to us directly via our support portal on ProfileGrid website (Contact Us | Support – ProfileGrid). WordPress.org moderators encourage paid/premium versions support to be handled directly and reserve the wp.org for standard version related discussions.

I hope this information is helpful.
