Request for extra filter

Hi,

Please can you make the text on this line of templates/cart/mini-cart.php to be filterable?

<li class="empty"><?php _e( 'No products in the cart.', 'woocommerce' ); ?></li>

I’m wanting to over-ride the text “No products in the cart.” via a plugin, without over-riding the entire template.
