# Request Error

 * Hi! Firstly, this is a great plugin. It scanned my site quickly without any issues.
   But I have trouble understanding the results (NOT a developer).
 * Request Errors – what are they? I had 85 results with the details:
    URL malformat
   error code 3 The URL was not properly formatted.
 * and below it was a pink box “Relative”. What does it mean? How can I fix it?

 * Malformat refers to links whose format can not be validated by the module that
   checks the links response codes.
 * The `relative` links are not strictly errors, it just shows that the link is 
   relative to the current page instead of using absolute URL’s.
 * This is not exclusive to this plugin, doing a quick search you can find examples
   of what it means, for example:
 * [https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_filepaths.asp](https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_filepaths.asp)

 * So even though the format is wrong, would the page still work? I used the DiVi
   theme for several of those page components (videos). It looks fine to me when
   I load it.
