Hi @christianjude,
Please set your settings in admin panel. Navigate to Return Request -> Settings menu. Then select Order Status to allow Warranty Request order statues under General tab for which order statuses you need to show Return Request button.
Say, you will set Completed and Processing. In customer My account -> Order page if the order status is Completed or Processing then customer will see the request button.
If you face any problem then let me know
Thanks

@wpeasysoft I have the same problem on my website now, did al the checks you mentioned here and in the other post but the request return button is not showing.
Hello @dimitrischouppe,
Did you check in My Account -> Orders page in customer end. Request Warranty button will show in Customer My Account -> Orders page if the order status is equal to settings called Order Status to allow Warranty Request. You can set the settings from Return Request -> Settings -> General Tab menu in admin backend
Thanks
OK, thank you, it works now, deleted my test order and added a new order and now it is visible, maybe it doesn’t work for orders that are made from the backend in woocommerce?
