Request: Better Organized Page Management

I have hundreds of pages on my site and it’s making the back-end page management section sloppy and hard to browse. Something as simple as implementing a dropdown list for the hierarchy would do wonders. That way only the main pages would be displayed first and you can drop down to find more specific ones.
