• Hi guys,

    Awesome Support is almost what I’m looking for to fulfill my needs. The missing feature is time tracking for the purpose of service time allowance monitoring.

    For example:

    If someone buys 1 hour of support time from me then I need to be able to say, for example, I have worked 35 minutes and you now have 25 minutes of your support time allowance left. I need for this to be automatically counted and displayed to clients.

    What I also need is for the service time allowance to automatically renew each billing cycle. For me the allowance would reset each month but for others with a similar need I guess the allowance could rollover for a set period of days/months.

    I don’t mind whether the time worked is manually inputted with each service response or automatically calculated from a selectable list of preset values (piece work) but I really would like this feature and for the feature to integrate with WooCommerce.

    So.., do you have plans to add time tracking features to Awesome Support? If so, how long before they are added? And… I’m being cheeky here… if this feature is introduced as a paid addon, do I get the addon for free for suggesting the idea?

    This question was raised on GitHub already (I can see you’ve posted there too). We’ll keep this topic in GitHub from now on.

    In short, we have plans to introduce this but it’s a lot of work, meaning that when it comes, it will be a paid addon.
