[Request] add app_id meta tag

Hi, according to FB documentation in order to enable moderation you must add the following line:

<meta property="fb:app_id" content="{YOUR_APPLICATION_ID}"/>

since the plugin has the Facebook app_id why it just don’t add it to the site, or i´m missing anything, thanks
