 * the plugin is working nicely.
 * it would be nice to have a priority level in de backend. so staff can prior calls
   as needed.
 * also it would be nice to have a seperate tab in the backend showing the department
   per call.
 * so it shows the ticket and next to it the department, next to that the priority
   before the status,user and last reply.
 * that would make this plugin stand out to others like wats.
