REQ: bullets for sub-page titles, auto-indent on word wrap

    I’ve noticed that bullets in Collapsing Pages are not styled the same as with Collapsing Categories.

    The main thing I’d like is that sub-pages have bullets and that the second line is correctly indented if it is word wrapped.

    If this is possible by adjusting the CSS in the options page, I’d appreciate any guidance.
