• We are using the paid (pro) version of the Rating Widget, and are very happy with it.

We also welcome the new feature to embed the Top Rated Users via short code on a page.

For that we use the maximum number of the top 50 users, and it seems one needs to relead the page several times for it to generate the list.

However, we find that some users do not show up in the list, which is listed by votes.

We use the “Reputational” weighting for the top rate, and we don’t know if that does more than just add up votes from profiles and posts and comments.

While we looked around in FAQ’s etc we did not find any explanation for it – is that documentation available somewhere, or is it a bug?

One user has about 1,700 votes and should show up around #12 on the list but is not mentioned at all. A second user has now come forward and said he is also not listed (but should). Both are fairly newly registered users, but very active, thus collected a lot of votes.

    Any idea?
    Thanks!
