Reposting old posts to facebook, tumblr and twitter

    Please help. I am very new to blogging and have set up my blog to post to my facebook page, twitter and tumblr. Some of my tumblr posts have reposted twice to facebook and twitter. But today I have just discovered that all my previous posts have been reposted to facebook, tumblr and twitter. My blog looks fine, they haven’t reposted there yet, just everywhere else. My site is countessdrusilla.com and I am using the twenty sixteen theme.
    The plugins I have are (and these could be too much)

    Backup
    Easy google fonts
    Facebook
    Good shelf
    Google adsense
    Insert headers and footers
    Jetpack by wordpress
    Mailchimp widget
    Styleguide – custom fonts and colours
    Tumblr Crosspostr
    WP google fonts
    WP super cache.

    I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer, I’m pulling my hair out
