Have you done any database changes, or order import/exports since then?

Order reporting is a bit limited in the WooCommerce plugin. This is due to limitations with how the data is stored – it’s okay for running a store – but not good for reporting reasons.

For that reason, I recommend looking into using another service if reports are an integral part of your workflow. I have heard good things about Metorik 🙂 – https://woocommerce.com/products/metorik/

    Thanks for the mention @icaleb!

@engineroom Feel free to give it a try and let me know if you have any questions/issues.

    Hi @icaleb,

Thanks for the advice but do you know if there is a way we can get the default reporting working?

@icaleb! Metorik looks great, good work. Will it report on historical data or only orders going forward from the date of installation?

    Thanks in advance guys

@engineroom Historical! 🙂 Even if you have 500,000+ orders (some of my customers do).

Hard to know without diving in to figure out what is going wrong. Have you dont any data imports/exports/migrations in the past?

With the Query Monitor plugin, you can see what queries are running on a specific reports page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/. Then can try the same SQL query against a staging/test version of your database to see if it returns orders from the missing timespan or not. That is where I would start at least.
