    I’ve set up an active test for a gravity form.

    I’ve set it up as a daily report.

    However I haven’t received any email reports confirming that the test has been completed. I can see three successful tests in my recent reports; these were all tests that were triggered manually.

    I didn’t receive an emailed report for any of the manual tests.

    Can you also tell me what time the daily automatic test should run.

    We’re testing a few things on our end, but, in the meantime, can you confirm WP Cron isn’t disabled on your server? Some hosts disable this by default, and the plugin requires it to be active.

    I’ll circle back directly with a bit more info.

    WP Cron is enabled and we have active cron jobs running on the site.

    @khariinteractive, thank you for confirming. We’re still investigating this on our end, but I’ll circle back as soon as we’ve fixed the issue.

    @khariinteractive, we believe we’ve found and fixed the issue. Due to an environmental change on our server, we needed to make a minor update to our email processing script.

    Since this script runs on our server, no plugin update should be necessary.

    Please let us know if this doesn’t fix the issue, and thank you very much for reporting it. Thanks also for using the Automated Form Monitor plugin.

    Hi

    I’ve tested the plugin and I am still experiencing the same issue.

    I’ve tested the form and that is working fine. I’ve ran two manual tests using the plugin and both have been executed and have generated a form monitor report with a positive green dot.

    I have checked form entries and there is no record of a form submission and I have not received an email with the form monitor report.

    The form uses Gravity Forms PGP Encryption, could this be causing the issue?
