My apologies if this has already been covered, but I couldn’t find anything on it.
With regards to the “Reports By Event” dropdown, I have a client that has daily events, morning and afternoon, and this list can soon get very long. We have it set to a max of 150, since it can soon run out, but as more events come in it soon starts leaving some out, so we have to up this number.
She doesn’t want to delete past events, because this can cause an error when trying to view past payments, so my question is this:
Is there a way for past events to not show in the “Reports By Event” dropdown?
Alternatively is there a way to archive past events without deleting them?
