# Reports Blank Page

 * After updating woocommerce to the latest version, 6.3.1, I am no longer able 
   to view wocoommerce reports.
    When opening the reports, I see a blank screen.
   How can I solve?

 * I understand you’re getting a blank screen when checking WooCommerce reports.
   This happened after an update.
 * This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with 
   another plugin.
      The best way to determine this is to:
    - Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/)
    - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    - Repeat the action that is causing the problem
 * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then
   you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure
   out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by

 * Checking the console, I notice that I have errors in the react-dom.min.js and
   react.min.js libraries

 * Sorry to hear that, as a first step please be sure to perform the conflict test
   as explained in the previous response. Generally, the reason for the error is
   a conflict with the theme or another plugin.
 * If it doesn’t work, please provide the following information for us to take a
   better look:
 * * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it
   via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
 * * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under `WooCommerce > System
   Status > Logs` (if available).
