    Please connect MonsterInsights to Google Analytics to see reports.

    Hi, our client lost his Google Analytic track data from August 29 until November 13, 2019. We don’t know why the plugin is not configured anymore when we already set up it beforehand. Kindly see this screenshot. https://prnt.sc/pwqppi

    So question, can we get the lost data, please? The client needs Analytics for the monthly reports that he’s obliged to do.

    Hi there,
    At some point someone appears to have uninstalled and then reinstalled the plugin (even when disconnected, if previously connected the site’s UA code is retained to keep tracking going — given the data is missing in your case, someone would have had to uninstall/reinstall it to see the above).

    You’ll want to get the site re-configured so it can start tracking again
