 * Hi,
 * Just installed the plug in and purchased the add on for reporting.
 * When we click the reporting button, we get the error “Data are not inserted”
 * Can anyone help me so I can enable us to have the ability to report comments!

 * Thanks, and sorry if i duplicated the post, as I created that support thread!
   They started to respond but have now stopped. Hopefully they will reply again
   soon as I am now stumped. Brought a plugin that is not working… 🙁
