Reporting bug, please send Reset Tool plugin

Ever since updating WP4.0.1 and NextGen2.066.33, I get a 500 Internal Server Error for all of my albums.

I have tried to go to Gallery->Other Options in order to use “reset option”, but that didn’t work as was recommended, so am now reporting a bug to ask for a reset tool plugin….
