# Report/Forms Plugin

 * We are a new Global Ministry that deals with leadership development and church
   growth. As a part of our structure we have reports that are to be completed by
   individuals on a weekly basis and emailed to their team leader at each individual
   church. There are multiple levels of this happening in each church.
 * I am looking for a plug in that would allow us to accomplish this through our
   website. That a person could go to a members page, select the correct reports,
   fill it out and then email it to their respective team captain. Does anyone know
   of a plug in that would accomplish this task?
