# Report without attachment

 * Hi, I’ve a problem with the automatic report.
    The email is sent without the 
   csv attachment… I checked all settings but I’m not able to find is my mistake
   Can you help me? Thanks in advance Milvus

 * Plugin version used is 1.2.33
    Wordpress 5.3.2 5.6.47 – MySQL Server: Localhost
   via UNIX socket PHP: 7.3.6
 * Automatic reports settings hereafter:
 * Automatic Reports: Send submissions in CSV format via email
    Enable Reports? 
   Yes Send report every 1 days (Put a 0 to send the report immediately after each
   submission) Send report after this hour (server time) 20 Send the report to the
   following email addresses (comma separated) —–@gmail.com Email subject Report
   Prenotazioni Campo Email format? Plain Text Email Text (CSV file will be attached
   with the submissions) in allegato l’elenco delle prenotazioni.

 * Hi,
 * The settings are correct. It may be a permissions problem (no permissions to 
   write the temporal CSV file to be attached into the wp-content/uploads folder)
   or the email client removing the attachment.
