Report showing all items I need to order

Hi,

I am VERY new to this whole WooCommerce thing, so please excuse me if this is something very easy..

I am building a store where all items that I will be selling are only acquired by me once an order is received. I would be doing this onward ordering once a week for manual delivery to the customers.

What I need it to know how I can generate a report (scheduled if at all possible) that shows everything I need to acquire to satisfy all orders currently in a processing state..

Anyone have some pointers? Don’t mind paying for something if that is what’s needed.
