    I’ve created a child page that has a slug same as one of my post slugs.

    Example:
    Page slug => /parent/crossing-the-generational-divide/
    Post slug => /crossing-the-generational-divide/

    The post shows both (page and then post) content next to other. If I deactivate the Elemetor, then only post content is shown.

    Let me know if you need more info. Looking forward to fixing the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hey, Team!

    I’ve changed the post slug due to the launch of the site. However, as described, you can easily replicate the issue in the local environment. The issue will generate.

    Thank you.

    Here I created a helping videos for you => https://d.pr/v/TQ9szq

    Hi @abdulwahab610 , I see that you using post name as the permalinks structure. It might conflict with the identical slugs and names of the posts. Try to change the permalink structure to Plain (Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Plain).

    Hey, @michellei

    In a previous comment, I told you that I have fixed the issue by changing the slug of the post and I can’t change the permalink structure on the production site on demand. I just created a local environment to create a helping video for you.

    Yes, the issue is happening with the “post name” slug only, and that is the bug I reported.

    Make sense?

    Hi @abdulwahab610 , you’re right, it seems like a bug on our end.

    It has been reported to our developers, however, I’m afraid I don’t have an ETA for a fix.

    That’s nice to report to the developers.

    You can just ping back in this support topic whenever the bug is fixed.

    Thank you.
