 * I’d like to report a Bug but WordPress Trac signals me that “TICKET_CREATE privileges
   are required to perform this operation”. What do I need to do (next to creating
   a forum account) to report a bug / open a ticket?

 * Well, you do have to login to trac first using that account. Beyond that, I dunno.
   I was able to create one.
