Replying by email to visitor questions.

  • I was wondering if there is a way to reply to visitor questions by email rather then just a phone number. Currently all I get as far as info about a visitor is the question they are asking, their name, and a phone number.

It would be nice to be able to reply to them by email sometimes, however I never receive that info.

Whenever I ask a question to anyone on the web they always reply to me by email. I would like to do the same.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Scott

  • Look in the docs on the developers site. There is an example on how to include an email address on your form and make it a required field.

When I go to my site and look at the contact form, Email address says it is a required field. It’s just when I receive the the contact question all I see is their name, phone number, and question. Also when I try to reply I get a No Reply message. Could it be something to do with my web host?
