I’ve just tested this on my dev site and I cannot reproduce the issue you are seeing.
We’ve also not received any similar reports from other users recently.
Are you using an SMTP plugin or any other email sending integration that may be overriding your Reply-To address? Looking at old support tickets, this seems to have been the cause of the issue in the majority of cases where this was reported in the past…

There is no SMTP plugin or any email related plugins on the site which would be overwriting the reply-to address.

Are you using Gmail by any chance? There are certain circumstances where Gmail will ignore the Reply-To address: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/email-notifications/#kb-reply-to-address-ignored-by-gmail

No all email is run via the website using POP or IMAP.
@thetraininglady Is the email being received at a Gmail address?
Are you using the Lite or Pro plugin?
No the email is going to both myself (separate domain to website and I’m also admin email) and the client who is same domain as website and is IMAP account. No gmail being used.
