    Suddenly, our SMTP Plugin is overwriting the “Reply-To” Header with the sending address which is set to not getting overwritten in SMTP. We are using Ninja Form and the Premium Office API Integration.

    Thank you!

    @ericsiegert Hi,

    I hope you are doing well.

    You are using our Pro addon; please create a support ticket here and share Post SMTP diagnostic test report in the ticket.

    Thanks

    I already opened up one yesterday via the Plugin – I guess I will wait then for a reply. I thought your answer might be helpful for others, too.

    in 2.3 you say you fixed reply-to header being added in some cases, well congrats, now the reply-to header is not being added at all in any woocommerce emails.

    I had to rollback.

    For me, it doesn’t seem to help yet 🙁 I will try to reset the plugin in the evening, but its tough on a live site.

    I hope you are doing good.

    Can you please share the Diagnostic test report of Post SMTP? also share the screenshot of the additional header screen.

    Thanks
