    Hi Pradeep,

    I love your plugin and I’m using the free version now to handle support for my WordPress plugin.

    My question was is there a room for reply to email to reply to the ticket thing. I want the users to be able to reply directly to the email they get (or I reply to new support tickets) to reply to the ticket.

    I am not able to do it now and get Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender email.

    Hi Ram,

    For now there is no such feature to do so. But in future you may see this feature.
