I’m trying to troubleshoot an issue that appeared overnight. The reply to email address gets broken or skipped in the email header. By broken I mean that if ‘Jon Doe’ gave me the email ‘test@testing.com’ then the name in the header would be ‘@testing.com Jon Doe’ and the email ‘test@’. Other times it skips the reply to all together.

I’m trying to figure out if it is Ninja Forms or my email plugin PostSMTP. So far it seems to be all working fine on websites where I don’t use NF. I did notice that on all my NF websites all of my contact forms have a creation date of last night despite some being several years old. That is what made me think it could be NF related somehow.

Disregard; contacted Ninja Forms through their site.

For anyone who comes across this later with the same issue: If you’re receiving your emails through Office 365 it is them. Somehow they screw up the headers sometimes with Ninja Forms apparently. Not sure how or why.
