“Reply-To” Email Changing to “wordpress@(name of site).com, Not Sender’s Email

This is only happening on one site, and does not happen every time. But, sometimes the “from” section turns into “wordpress@(name of site).com” instead of the sender of the form’s email, so you cannot reply to the sender of the form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
