Reply to comments fails

    Reply to comment when Rank Math or Yoast SEO is installed fails. You can try it now on my site. It reloads the same comment rather than offering a nested comment.

    If I deactivate, Rank Math (which I am using now), nested reply / comment will start working again.

    Seems a conflict between the theme and SEOs unless I am missing something.

    I tested by using the default theme and it works fine with / without Rank Math.

    Well, did you contact the Rank Math team? It seems like the plugin is causing the issue, not the theme.

    Not sure why these plugins should have any effect on comments? What should a SEO plugin do here?

    If plugin break themes, usually the plugin is responsible 🙂 Since there are over 50.000 plugins available, it is impossible to test themes with all kind of plugins.

    Thank you so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with the theme. It is a great theme but unfortunately the issues I couldn’t get fix nor could get your support for a month made me change the theme totally.

    I can’t have a theme that can’t work with the 2 most popular and reliable plugins out there.
