reply to address repeated

I’m a beginner with Ninja Forms, and I am liking this plugin very much. I’ve done my homework, read documentation, watched tutorials on YouTube and Lynda.com – and now I’ve set up a Contact Us form for our website that is working except for one niggling issue:

When I click to reply to an email notification, the email address that appears in the Reply-To field of my message appears two times, like so:

Subject: New DocScapes message from Jane Doe
Date: Thu, 3 Jan 2019 17:42:18 +0000
From: DocScapes site visitor mail <wordpress@docscapes.org>
Reply-To: jane@doe.com <jane@doe.com>
To: contactus@docscapes.org

Instead of this, I would like the website visitor’s name to appear next to their email address, like so:
Reply-To: Jane Doe <jane@doe.com>

I tried inserting {field:name} beside {field:email} in the Notification Email’s Reply-To field, but a red error message displays at the bottom of the contact form page after SUBMIT is clicked announcing an invalid value was in that field.

Is there a way to show the visitor’s name beside the email address in the reply-to instead of their email address being repeated twice?
