    Hello!

I’m using MailPoet Sending Service across my site. I have a WPForm that is supposed to set the user’s submitted email as the reply-to address on the form entry notification. However, MailPoet’s settings are overriding this and I can’t figure a way to prevent it.

How can I make sure that WPForms’ reply-to setting will be respected by MailPoet?

    Hi danbru,

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of our own sending service: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/292-choose-how-to-send-your-wordpress-websites-emails#cc

In this case, you should go to MailPoet Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… and change the method to send the transactional emails back to the WordPress’ default sending method.

Too bad… I really like using MSS for transactional emails.

I would love to see this capability added in the future.

WP Mail SMTP has a nice ability to disable “forcing” from name and email. It would be great if MSS could have some flexibility here.

Thanks for your response and great plugin!

I have this same issue and request as well. I understand the hard limits on forcing the “FROM” email address to avoid spoofing, but the reply-to would be very beneficial.

I’m even finding that my reply-to is being overridden even if I choose the WordPress method still.
