• Hi,

I’ve used this form for a long time and it’s been great.
It’s stopped working a couple of times but I’ve got it back online.

However, this last time, just recently, it has started doing something unusual and I don’t seem to be able to get it to work correctly again.

When a client uses the form on my site, I receive the message perfectly as usual, but when I click reply the recipient is me, it selects my email by default as the “TO” email.
So it comes “FROM” me obviously because the form is sending the enquiry to me, but when I click reply it is not responding to the function “reply-to”
It always used to by the way.

I have to then manually delete mine and copy and paste the enquirer’s email onto the “to” field to reply to the email.

Maybe that’s just how it is meant to be now, but it never used to be like this.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me, please?

    Thank you kindly.
    Mick
