Reply button not showing with Epoch plug-in.

I was looking for this for a long time, thank you for making it!
When run under WordPress comments default system, no problem at all, works very fine.
My site is using Epoch plugin to tweak a bit comments’ interface and unfortunately reply button does not show up anymore…
Something wrong in my settings (Checked Enable threaded (nested) comments to 2 levels deep)? Possible to fix it in the future?
