Replies from Messenger doesn’t work & language problems

    One-way communication problem
    When guests write messages they come to our Messenger, but when we reply they don’t receive it on the site. It looks like one-way communication only.

    Language & custom questions not working
    In Meta business we set all the predefined questions with correct langugae (Slovene), but in the chat plugin on the site it’s always chat in English including default predefined questions.

    Double guest sign-in
    To start sending the message as a guest you need to log-in two times.
