Hi there

I wondered if your plugin would be able to help with what I need – or if not if you know of a plugin that will.

Rather than replacing keywords with an affiliate link I want to be able to automatically change default links to a site to my affiliate ones.

I am using feeds to get content from sites that have affiliate programmes and then I want to send traffic back to them with my affiliate ID automatically appended to any URLs that are in the content including image urls.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks

Hello. Right now, Auto Affiliate Links does not offer that feature, but I am seriously thinking to add it in a future version, if there is enough time to work on it.

Thanks for the reply Lucian. I think it would be a great idea.

In the meantime, I have managed to achieve what I want by a rather complex route which I thought I would mention here in case anyone else is trying to do the same thing.

I’ve ended up using Toolset and having related custom post types for my products and the vendor they come from. My product post has the URL of the product at the vendor and the vendor record has a field for my referral ID. Then I use Toolset’s shortcodes feature to be able to create a link in my product post that essentially is BUY NOW
