Hi @jen6566 ,
Thank you for your message! I’m sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
I have a feeling this might be related to your website or hosting cache, rather than the browser cache you cleared in the video. I just ran a test on a development site, and the replacement appears to be working perfectly, so it’s most likely a caching issue on your end.
Could you please check and clear any website cache you may have (including Cloudflare, if applicable)? This can usually be done via a caching plugin, if one is installed. If not, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to ask if there’s a way to purge the website cache.
Some hosting providers have their own server-side caching layer, so contacting them and requesting a full cache purge may help resolve the issue.
If this still doesn’t help, please reach out to use via the contact form on our website as we may need some more information from your end to check this!
All the best,
I ended up doing nothing and the images finally showed up on their own. Clearly some kind of caching issue. Thank you! 😃

Hi Adrian (and all). It’s happening again, but did NOT correct itself overnight. Video diaries here:

I’m going to submit this to my hosting provider as well, but wanted to check in here as well. Any ideas?

Could you please reach out to us via the contact form on our website ? We may need some more information from your end to check this, but I’m almost 100% sure this isn’t related to our plugin since it worked fine previously.
All the best,
