Replaced default form with Mailchimp signup but still getting default signups.

    I embedded MailChimp directly as a widget without a plugin and deleted the default registration form. However, I am still getting default signups on my site but most of my signups don’t show up on Mailchimp. How does that happen if I deleted the default form?

    Also, why aren’t the signups showing up on Mailchimp?
