I tried this on my test site and it worked fine but when I tried it on my live site it seemed to have replaced the image (and I can’t find it in the media library) but the placeholder image that I was replacing is still there in all my products that don’t yet have an image of their own.
Can you help, please? (I am not a techie so simple remedies please lol)

Hi Gerard – many thanks for this. I have read the article and checked – the URLs are different. The new image is in my media library but the old one isn’t.. not sure where to find it!

Hi Ok – I resolved this by going to Woocommerce – products – and changing the placeholder URL from “1” to the URL of the new image.
