Replace WordPress loading image logo when screenshots are shown?

Sorry to bump, but I looked at the code on the WordPress.com site via the github project and I see the image comes from this line 11 on https://github.com/Automattic/mShots/blob/master/public_html/class-mshots.php

const snapshot_default = 'https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/plugins/mshots/default.gif';

So from the browser-shots plugin side is there a way to change the output on the snapshot_default?
