Hi,
Because my post title is Traditional Chinese.The permalink is long and ugly.Is it possible substitute post title with link for post link in email content?

The only way is editing plugin file.
You should open /wpdiscuz/utils/class.WpdiscuzEmailHelper.php file.
Find this line:
$post_permalink = get_permalink($postId);

And change to this:
$post_permalink = wp_get_shortlink($postId);
