    Hi.

    Is it possible to change the default Placeholder in the Subject field (“What’s this support ticket about?”) to something else?

    Hi @vccooper,

    Yes, you can change the subject field placeholder from Global Settings -> Ticket Form Config.

    Thanks Rafi, but there seems to be no option to change the placeholder. Just about everything else can be changed, except for the placeholder. To be clear, I’m specifically talking about what currently says: “What’s this support ticket about?” (inside the ticket subject field).

    Disregard please. I found the Placeholder text string in CustomerPortalHandler.php and changed it there. Thanks though… nice plugin!
