Replace "Order Discount" in totals with the label of the coupon(s) used

    Hi!
    In the emails template, I have the function “get_order_item_totals”, getting totals for displaying on pages and in emails. I would like to replace the line for the total of the coupons used.
    I would like to replace the text “Order Discount” with the label of the coupon(s) used + the coupon description. (sorry for my english…)
    Any suggestion?
