Replace Logo on my custom site

  • i think it must be in header.php of your child theme. Atleast that’s how it is for me in twenty twelve , just before the hgroup element.

    I agree. I would check the header.php file or perhaps the page.php. You could also try just replacing the old logo image file with the new one and keep the same name.

    The image link is in your Amar theme’s css:
    body { margin:0; padding:0; color:#868686; font:normal 12px/1.8em "Liberation sans", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background:url(images/header_rbg.jpg) no-repeat center top; text-align:center;}

    Thank you guys! I figured it out. You are right about it being header_rbg.jpg. I had to go into my godaddy account and replace that jpg file with the new one I wanted.

    The complicated part was that the logo was part of the whole header.
