    Hi there,

    I am trying to replace the standard version of my images with the WebP version.

    I have several pages which display a hero image, but they use a style to serve the background image e.g.

    [ redundant link removed ]

    <div class="upb_row_bg vcpb-default" data-upb_br_animation="" data-parallax_sense="30" data-bg-override="ex-full" data-bg-animation="left-animation" data-bg-animation-type="h" data-animation-repeat="repeat" style="background-size: cover; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); background-image: url(&quot;https://linktechaustralia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/what-we-do-linktech-australia.jpg&quot;); background-attachment: scroll; min-width: 1348px; left: 0.5px; width: 1348px;">

    I have found a place in settings “WebP Attribute To Replace,” but I am unsure what I need to add so I can force the WebP version.

    Any help would be great, thanks!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Currently LSCWP does not support web replacement in CSS

    Best regards,

    Darn, I’m so sad to hear that qtwrk.

    Are there any plans to add this functionality in the future?
    I found the correct css selector to add in my scenario (verified to drill down to the applicale html block where the links to the .jpg links are that I want to have replaced with .webp versions), but no joy. Now I know why, but I’m hopeful that this will be supported in the future?

    There are MANY slider plugins for WordPress that use this method of displaying the slider images, so I would imagine that this is affecting many users of litespeed cache plugin, but they just don’t know it.

    @qtwrk – Sorry, I just realized I didn’t tag you in my message above.
