replace header text with logo

I was told that WordPress is easier than Dreamweaver, but I’m having my doubts. Code is not my friend! How can I replace the header text with my company logo? The tagline is fine — I can work with that — but it’s pointless to have a website, however well designed, that doesn’t lead with my logo. Thanks.
