Replace Header Image on Mobile View with Solid Color

    When I look on mobile view, there is an un-scaled version of my background image filling the menu sitting on top of the same background image filling the body of the page. Is there away I can just fill the menu area with a solid hex code color and just leave the background image in the body of the page?
