[Resolved] Replace filter button with two radio buttons

  • I was wondering if it is possible to replace “Show / hide columns” button with two or more radio buttons, with icons in front of the text. For example:
    * [icon] Radio 1 | o [icon] Radio 2
    By default Radio 1 would be selected. Showing columns 0,1,2. While 3,4 are hidden.
    Upon user selecting Radio button 2
    o [icon] Radio 1 | * [icon] Radio 2
    Columns 1,2 would would be replaced by 3,4.

    Using radio buttons instead of drop-down menu would make user selection more intuitive.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

    thanks a lot for your question.

    Yes, this should be possible, but unfortunately, I don’t have a readily usable solution to this. The easiest way would probably be to manually add a small form to the page, and then use jQuery to set the necessary CSS to hide the columns. This will require some custom JavaScript programming.

    Regards,
    Tobias
